Instruction for e-SANAD Services

e-SANAD:-The e-SANAD is a Digital initiative of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. It is a centralized platform implementing submission of documents through online mode, with an ultimate objective to provide contactless, paperless and faceless document verification/attestation and apostille services to the applicants. The process can be completed in two steps, which are given below:

STEP-1: Using our Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council Web portal link for pay the TNNMC Fee

STEP-2: Using e-SANADs Web Portal

STEP-1: Steps to be followed in our Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council portal are as follows: (complete our Step-1 process at first)

• Visit our website: https://www.tamilnadunursingcouncil.com
• Click the link "e-SANAD"
• Read the instruction carefully.
• You need to select the Category (RNM, RANM, RHV), fill the TNNMC Number and DOB.
  NOTE: Only Tamil Nadu Active candidates are eligible.
• Click Proceed and Continue Fee Payment and pay your Verification processing fee through online payment (Rs.1000/-) (RN,RM and inclusive of all additional qualification).
• After Successful Payment, Online Payment Acknowledgement Receipt will be generated in PDF format. The generated Acknowledgement Receipt need to upload in the e-SANAD Portal.
  NOTE: The acknowledgement payment receipt is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

STEP-2: Steps to be followed in e-SANAD portal are:

• Readily keep the soft copies of the documents to be verified/attested (as required by you) and the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council online payment acknowledgment receipt of Rs.1000/- in PDF format.
• Register and log in on the e-SANAD portal: https://esanad.nic.in/register
• Select the Document Type as EDUCATIONAL.
• Select the issuing authority state as TAMIL NADU.
• Select  Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council as the document Issuing Authority.
• Select Non-Pre-Verified documents and click Proceed Offline document upload and read carefully the Terms and Conditions hosted in the e-SANAD portal.
• Fill in the required details and Upload the required documents for verification/attestation and the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council Online Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (as Supporting Document) in PDF format.
• Then proceed to online payment for Attestation / Apostille processing fee to e-SANAD system as prescribed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
• e-SANAD portal will generate its acknowledgment after the successful payment.
